About me

I am a licensed psychologist (Psy.D.) with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the United States. Having lived across seven countries and practiced professionally in both the United States and Germany, I bring an international and multicultural perspective to my clinical work. I was fully licensed in both countries and have experience working in outpatient clinics as well as forensic mental health settings. These diverse professional and personal experiences have deeply shaped my therapeutic approach — one grounded in care, clinical depth, and genuine respect for each person’s unique story.

I am now based in beautiful Puglia, Italy, where I am licensed as a psychologist, with my psychotherapist licensure currently in process. I provide online counseling for adults, couples, and families.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I strive to create a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly safe and heard.

My style is collaborative and attuned to your individual pace and needs. I draw from evidence-based practices while always centering your personal experience and goals. This kind of process is not one-size-fits-all — it is a respectful partnership aimed at fostering insight, healing, and meaningful change.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Holistic approachRecommended for those who want to address their mental health through a balanced focus on mind, body, and spirit.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.

My work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, which means we look not only at what is happening in your life now, but also at the deeper emotional patterns and inner experiences that may be influencing it.

Together, we create a space for reflection, where you can begin to understand your thoughts, emotions, and relationships more clearly — including aspects that may not always be fully conscious.

I work holistically, attending to psychological patterns as well as deeper questions of meaning, values, relationships, and life direction. Drawing on the philosophy and theology courses I took during my education, I welcome the existential and spiritual aspects of a person's experience when they matter to you.
