With 20 years of clinical experience, in Europe and the United States, I help individuals and couples move beyond the emotional and relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
My work is grounded in the belief that insight alone is rarely enough to create lasting change. While understanding our history and emotional patterns is important, meaningful transformation happens when awareness is paired with new experiences, new choices, and consistent practice. Over time, these experiences can help create healthier patterns in both the brain and our relationships.
Trauma work can help us recognize and heal the wounds that keep us anchored to the past, creating the freedom to respond to life in new and healthier ways. At the same time, taking responsibility for our present choices allows us to build more authentic and fulfilling relationships with ourselves and others.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings across Europe and the United States, including community mental health, schools, child protection services, domestic violence programs, and private practice. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for both the resilience of the human spirit and the complexity of relationships.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and attachment-based approaches to tailor treatment to each client's needs and goals.
Depending on the individual or couple, our work may focus on processing traumatic experiences, understanding protective patterns, improving communication, strengthening emotional connection, or developing new ways of responding to life's challenges. My goal is to help clients move beyond symptom management toward deeper and more sustainable change.
