I use an integrative approach that goes beyond any single theory or set of techniques, allowing me to choose and adapt the most effective methods in a flexible and functional way. My starting point is the diversity and uniqueness of each individual and/or couple; therefore, the therapeutic approach must also be diverse and uniquely tailored. Through the integration and synergy of various theories and techniques, I adapt my work to the specific characteristics and needs of each person—an eclectic way of working in which every session and situation is approached individually and uniquely according to your needs.
My way of working is solution-focused and my aim is to help you address and overcome the issues that cause you emotional pain or discomfort. I can support you in dealing with any negative thoughts or feelings you may be experiencing — whether as an individual or as a couple.
In my practice, you can speak openly and express yourself in a confidential, safe, and trusting environment. During our sessions, you’ll be encouraged to explore your feelings and emotions freely. By discussing your concerns, I can help you gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts and emotions, and work with you to identify ways of finding your own solutions to problems. My focus will be entirely on you, and I will listen with empathy, without judgment or criticism.
This is an inclusive and intersectional psychology practice, dedicated to providing support to people of all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and cultural and religious backgrounds. In this practice, every person is respected and valued in a safe and non-judgmental space.
