I have worked with adults and adolescents over 5 years. Your concerns may cover various subjects: emotional, behavioral, sexual, and more. I work with anxiety, relationship difficulties, internal conflicts, loss, crises, feelings of guilt, stress, and I also provide support during life changes or on your professional path
My approach is centered on helping clients understand themselves.
I work with adults and adolescents aged 18 and over. Your request to me may cover various areas: emotional, behavioral, sexual, and more. I work with anxiety, relationship difficulties, internal conflicts, loss, crises, feelings of guilt, stress, and I also provide support during life changes or on your professional path.
I help you to better understand yourself, set boundaries, reconnect with your feelings, and rely on yourself when making decisions. I help you navigate painful, confusing, or anxious states—even if you can't quite name them yet.
I work within the psychoanalytic paradigm. This means that the focus is on the person, the personality—on you. We work not only with 'what to do', but also with 'why is this happening to me'.
I do not give advice, nor do I provide diagnoses or labels. My goal is to help you explore your internal processes and find ways to improve your quality of life, mainly through insights that will be grounded in your personal experience and history.
I am only prepared to work with psychiatric diagnoses (such as depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, BPD) if the client is under the supervision of a psychiatrist. I do not work with severe disturbances in the perception of reality (acute psychoses, etc.).
