I offer short term therapy with a special focus on embodiement. We live fully if we are present in the here and now and are connected with our body - our felt senses and emotions, aware of our thougts and meanings, inner imagaes and actions.
Old uncompleated processes are invited to be compled with supported with deep imagination, constellation work, somatic experiencing and homoeopathy and many more approaches, like Ketamin-asstisted Psychotherapy.
