I have experience assessing and diagnosing ADHD and autism, and working therapeutically with individuals (adults and adolescence) using CBT, ACT and mindfulness based tools and strategies. I mainly work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, autism, and relationship difficulties. However, I have a strong interest in trauma and continuing to learn more about its neurobiological functioning. Finally, as an expat, I am very familiar with the unique challenges that expats face when living abroad, and I have, overtime, developed the desire to support other expats in their journeys, using the psychological tools that would best fit their circumstances.
Who Can Benefit from My Services?
My psychological services are tailored for individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health symptoms who seek relief and overall mental wellness. Whether you're looking to reduce stress in various areas of your life, improve relationships, or gain a deeper understanding of yourself, my approach can support your journey towards these goals.
Who Should Seek Alternative Support?
However, if you are experiencing severe mental health issues, such as intense psychological distress or suicidal thoughts, my services may not be suitable for your needs. In such cases, it's crucial to seek specialized medical attention or emergency mental health services that can provide the immediate and comprehensive care required.
