About me
Originally from Italy, I’ve lived in the Netherlands for more than 20 years, working for different international companies and leading diverse/multicultural teams.
As an expat and father of two (plus a dog), I understand change from the inside out. I speak several languages and love simple things : good food, real conversations, time with loved ones, travel, and staying active.
My own journey taught me the value of slowing down, listening deeply, and living with intention.
I’m also passionate about supporting men in embracing emotional openness and redefining positive masculinity beyond old taboos.

It’s about reconnecting with who you are and moving forward with awareness and self-trust.
