About me

Do you feel like you’re constantly striving for control, yet never quite at ease? Perhaps perfectionism, self-criticism, or unresolved trauma keep you trapped in rigid patterns of thinking and behaving, making it difficult to relax, trust yourself, or fully enjoy life. I help individuals who feel mentally exhausted, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from themselves to cultivate self-compassion, release the weight of past experiences, and move toward a life of greater ease, authenticity, and meaning. Through a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I guide clients in shifting from overthinking and self-judgment to self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and personal growth. Having lived in Greece, Italy, and the Netherlands, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, or simply seeking greater self-awareness, I provide a holistic, values-driven approach to healing. I hold a BSc in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Utrecht University. I am also a certified Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist (EABCT) through the Greek Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies. A little bit about me: I’m passionate about yoga and meditation, which help me stay grounded and present in both my personal and professional life. I truly value the simple joys, good company, cozy nights with family and friends, and deep conversations that wander through the mysteries of life and the universe. I admit, I’m a bit of a romantic at heart, always trying to keep my feet firmly planted on the ground while my eyes remain lifted toward the stars. I find inspiration in the warmth of the sun and the beauty of meaningful connections, and I strive to bring that same warmth, openness, and curiosity into my work as a therapist.

Healing is not about changing who you are. Instead, healing is about discovering who you truly are. Through the process of healing, we do not strive to transform into something else or to eliminate our imperfections. Instead, we seek to recognize and embrace our true nature. As we grow up, we often internalize limiting beliefs imposed by our environment, society, and upbringing. These beliefs can obscure our true selves, leading us to doubt our worth and capabilities. Through this journey, we learn to love and respect ourselves, understanding that our imperfections do not make us less worthy but more human and authentic. The process of healing is a journey towards authenticity and self-awareness. It is a path that helps us overcome our limitations, heal past wounds, and find our inner strength and balance. My Approach While my primary foundation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I weave in a holistic blend of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Gestalt, and Mindfulness-based practices. This allows me to meet each person as a whole being, not just a set of symptoms. At times, we may focus on thoughts and behavioral patterns; at other moments, we may hold space for grief, inner child work, or somatic awareness. Some clients find comfort in structure; others need freedom and flexibility. I adapt to what feels right. What guides me most is presence, meeting you where you are, without judgment, and walking alongside you with care. My style is warm, intuitive, and grounded. There is room for emotion, silence, humor, reflection, whatever is real for you in the moment. I believe therapy is sacred space: not to be rushed or “fixed,” but gently explored with honesty, kindness, and depth. Therapy can be a homecoming, a place to soften, to shed old layers, and to meet yourself with compassion. Together, we can work to ease anxiety, release perfectionism, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with your inner clarity and strength. Clients often leave therapy with more than tools—they leave with trust in themselves. With the courage to live more freely, and the wisdom to meet life with authenticity. In our work together, you will: ✔ Recognize and shift rigid, self-critical thought patterns ✔ Cultivate mindfulness and emotional flexibility ✔ Reconnect with your values and sense of purpose ✔ Develop healthier coping strategies for anxiety, perfectionism, and trauma ✔ Learn to embrace yourself with kindness, rather than judgment Regardless of where you are in life, you have the ability to heal, grow, and create a more balanced, fulfilling path forward. Healing is not about becoming perfect, it’s about becoming free.
