About me

I received my psychoanalytic education in Russia, in Moscow, and have been practicing since 2019. Psychoanalysis and psychotherapy are areas that I am very interested in, and I continue to study and expand my knowledge.

I support people to cope with various life difficulties and emotional problems, such as:

  • severe emotional states such as anxiety, fears, guilt, shame, apathy, dissatisfaction, resentment;
  • unsatisfactory relationships with parents, spouses, children, relationships with people in general
  • the inability to build a personal life, to accept yourself;
  • injuries and violence;
  • building contacts with other people, topics of personal boundaries;
  • grief and loss;
  • problems of emigration.

Before 2019 I had a successful career in corporate governance. I graduated from Moscow University in Moscow and have marketing degree.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.

My goal is to help a person go through difficult experiences, gain self-understanding, develop and achieve the goals.

I work in a psychoanalytic approach. The usual frequency of meetings is 1-2 times a week, the duration is 50 minutes. Usually, the work begins with making contact. I can ask questions about your problem, life history, emotional state, and expectations. In future work, we will jointly investigate the causes and factors influencing the problem, analyze patterns of behavior or thinking, and explore the relationship between past events, present problems and future goals. In the process, various approaches and methods can be used to create the best therapeutic strategy for each specific case. Our meetings usually take place on Skype.
