About me

🌟 Meet your coach & psychologist! My name is Vera, and I am international, just like you! I was born and raised in Hungary, lived in the Netherlands for 4 years, and recently moved to Valencia, Spain to pursue a long-held dream. 🌱My mission as a therapist: As a professional Expat Coach & Work, Organizational, and Health Psychologist, 🌎I help expats overcome stress and uncertainties, empowering them to thrive confidently abroad. In my private practice, I work in English and Hungarian. I employ a co-active coaching method and a solution-focused therapy approach. My conviction is in order to make impactful change in the world, we have to start with ourselves and our close circle of influence. I believe that each one of us is unique, allowing us to discern how we can use our talents in the best way. 👉How do I help? In personalized one-on-one or group online sessions, workshops, and creative exercises, I provide specialized support in areas such as job seeking, navigating careers abroad, handling burnout and workplace stress, overcoming isolation and loneliness, building a social network, and managing culture shock and anxiety. 💡How do my clients respond? Witnessing my clients embrace life abroad with confidence & authenticity and making amazing progress through smart goal-setting and habit changes is incredibly fulfilling—I simply love what I do! Check out my clients' reviews on my website, Google reviews, or on my Instagram. 📚In my free time, I strive to become a pro home cook and find creative ways to use and appreciate each ingredient. Besides, I enjoy reading, nature, and spending time in communities. If you are looking for change in your life, I am here to support you!

Welcome to a safe and non-judgmental space where we work together to clarify your goals, raise awareness of underlying obstacles, and navigate self-sabotaging beliefs. 🌈 In our collaborative journey, we'll explore possibilities and create actionable steps for lasting change. 🌟 Following the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards and the Solution-Focused Therapy approach, my sessions prioritize active listening, powerful questioning, and a client-centered approach. We focus on your strengths, values, and vision, fostering self-discovery and empowering you to make meaningful progress in your personal and professional life. What to expect in our sessions? 🤩 Personalized Approach: Before our first session, I conduct an individual needs assessment to identify obstacles and challenges. This ensures our sessions align with your values and goals. 🤝 Ongoing Support: Throughout our agreement, I provide extra support via email and WhatsApp, encouraging you to stay on track with the plan you've set for yourself. 📝 Comprehensive Resources: To enhance your development and accountability, I offer preparation and evaluation forms, along with various resources to maximize the benefits of our sessions. 📚Explore coaching programs tailored for job seeking, self-development & discovery, and stress management.
