I am a Family Therapist and Systemic Psychotherapist with more than 10 years of professional experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I graduated from one of the leading universities in Moscow and have been trained in modern evidence-based approaches, including Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). In my work, I focus on understanding relationship patterns and helping people find practical ways to navigate crises and make thoughtful decisions about their relationships.
Over the years, I have supported families through different stages of life — from the formation of relationships and early parenthood to separation and divorce. I have extensive experience working with complex emotional situations such as loss of connection, infidelity, and relationship uncertainty. I am able to quickly recognize systemic dynamics within a relationship and help partners better understand each other, rebuild trust, and decide whether to stay together or separate in a respectful and conscious way.
In addition to my private practice, I have worked in a Family and Child Support Center, where I gained strong experience in parent-child relationships and family transitions. I have also facilitated therapeutic groups for people dealing with love addiction and relationship trauma. Today, a significant part of my work involves supporting couples and individuals living abroad who face challenges related to relocation, loss of social status, career changes, depression, and emotional distance within their relationships.
