I am a Brazilian psychologist and I work with people from various countries using third-wave behavioral therapies, focusing therapy and self-compassion skills. I also have training in nonviolent communication.
I have been practicing as a clinical psychologist since 2011, and this work remains a true passion for me. Having lived in Belgium, Italy, Ireland, South Africa, France, and now Spain, I deeply value connecting with people from different cultures and supporting them through the challenges that come with life transitions, identity, and emotional wellbeing.
With 15 years of clinical experience, my therapeutic approach is especially effective for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, and relationship difficulties. In addition to my clinical work, I am also a mother and educator, offering guidance in positive parenting and parent–child communication.
I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is the strength of the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and invited to bring their vulnerability and boundaries without fear of judgment.
Over the years, I transitioned from more analytical approaches to behavioral and focusing-oriented therapy because I found that insight alone is not enough—true change often requires experiencing things differently in the body. My sessions are centered on the felt sense, helping clients access new emotional experiences rather than only intellectual understanding. Compassion and self-compassion are woven throughout the work, supporting clients in building gentleness, resilience, and authentic transformation.
