Approach

Treatment Approaches
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.
Jungian therapyRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
Transactional analysisRecommended for those who want to understand and improve their interactions with others by exploring the roles they take on in relationships.
My primary techniques come from Transactional Analysis, which I think has models and tools (which I also teach and provide to my clients in our sessions) that are helpfull in relationships outside of therapy room but also in the internal dialogue. People reflect people, so I use the therapeutic relationship and what is happening between us to my client's wellbeing. I focus a lot on the here and now, emotions that are triggered in present, thoughts and behaviors manifested to deep dive in the uncounscious. When appropriate, we will explore how the past is limiting and although the past can't change, how change can be made today.
