About me
I am an Italian trained counsellor born and raised in Venice. After living in Belgium and the Netherlands, I recently moved back to Italy. I am the founder of a project aimed at offering guidance to teenagers in finding the support they need for their mental and emotional wellbeing. I offer sessions in English or Italian.

MeditationMeditation is a practice to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
My method is tailored to the individual and I assess my practice accordingly. I usually propose small practical exercises and I integrate breathing exercises and meditation practices.
