I am a licensed psychologist and graduate of the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During my clinical internship at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic of “Hippokrateio” General Hospital of Thessaloniki, I was trained in conducting clinical assessments, administering and interpreting psychometric tools, and obtaining psychiatric and developmental histories. I participated in interdisciplinary diagnostic procedures and gained experience in the evaluation of learning, emotional, and developmental difficulties.
During my military service, I worked as a Military Psychologist at the Psychosocial Support Unit, where I conducted psychological assessments and provided counseling to conscripts, focusing on anxiety management, adjustment difficulties, and interpersonal support.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling and Career Guidance from European University Cyprus and a certification in School Psychology from the University of the Aegean. I am trained in the use of the Ariston Candidates career assessment system (Ariston Psychometrics), providing structured and individualized career counseling. I have also completed a 300-hour Counselor Training Program at LABORA Academy, focusing on contemporary counseling approaches, interviewing techniques, educational systems, and the administration and interpretation of psychometric tools.
I am currently training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), integrating cognitive and relational approaches to understand and address recurring patterns in thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.
I work as a Psychologist at “+Praxi – Laboratory of Relational and Developmental Interventions for Children, Adolescents, and Families” in Veria, Greece, where I provide psychological support and counseling services. My aim is to create a safe and structured therapeutic environment in which individuals can recognize their needs, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful daily life.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, structured, and relational. Drawing from Cognitive Analytic Therapy, I work with clients to identify recurring relational patterns that may maintain distress. Together, we map these patterns, explore their origins, and develop more adaptive responses.
Given my background in Counselling and Career Guidance, I also support clients in clarifying professional goals, managing career transitions, and strengthening decision-making processes when needed.
Therapy with me is active and reflective, combining emotional exploration with practical strategies. My aim is not only symptom reduction but meaningful and sustainable change in how clients relate to themselves, others, and their professional path.
