Normally in therapy, we clarify what you want to change, identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and translate insight into practical steps you can apply in real life. I work in a structured and collaborative way, with clear goals, regular progress check-ins, and concrete takeaways from each session.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, mainly CBT and mindfulness. Depending on your needs, we may focus on anxiety and worry cycles, emotional regulation, self-criticism, communication and boundaries, stress and burnout recovery, and sustainable behavior change. Mindfulness is used as a skill for attention, self-awareness, and responding more calmly, not as a performance or something you must be “good” at.
You will receive brief summaries of our sessions, therapeutic objectives, and suggested homework. Between-session practice is usually simple and realistic, designed to fit your context and pace. The overall aim is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and resilient, while building change that lasts.
