About me
I am a trained clinical psychologist (trained in Vienna) with additional training and experience in sexuality counseling, -therapy and neuropsychology. I am originally from Lower Austria, currently live in Vienna and have lived as an expat in different parts of the world (including Luxembourg, Madrid and Bali).

Approach
As a clinical psychologist, I work with scientifically proven counseling, therapy and coaching methods. I adapt the content of the sessions individually depending on what the person or couple needs, using, among other things, behavioral therapy, solution-oriented and hypnotherapeutic approaches. I also often do somatic exercises and integrate the body by using breathing exercises, relaxation exercises or mindfulness techniques.
