I'm a psychologist with a MSc in clinical psychology from Amsterdam (BSc) and Vienna (MSc). My primary focus was on research and therapy for both children and adults with depression, anxiety, stress, adhd, etc. During my studies, I was a member of a student support group initiative helping student overcome their problems.
Today I work as a counselling psychologist and as a clinical psychologist (under supervision) in a neurofeedback therapy praxis. I also worked as a mental health ally in the workplace where I help my clients identify and overcome their emotional, social and vocational challenges.
As multi-cultural psychologist who has lived in multiple asian and european countries, I have a strong awareness of peoples unique experiences and cultural differences, as well as the difficulties of being an expat.
Please note: I offer online psychological counselling, which does not replace traditional face-to-face psychotherapy. It is effective for many but it is not a sufficient substitute in every case. If you are uncertain about what treatment you require, feel free to book a free initial session and we can explore the most suitable path for you.
As a clinical psychologist in training, I tailor evidence-based counseling sessions to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions, and to develop practical skills for managing distressing emotions and behaviors.
Most importantly, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors openly. I believe that a good client-counsellor relationship is one of the most important predictors of successful sessions, which is why I offer a free initial consultation to explore your current situation, identify future goals and make sure we are a good match.
