About me

My journey in psychology is guided by a deep belief in the human potential to find meaning and purpose, even in the most challenging circumstances. Through my work, I help people connect with their inner values, explore life choices, and develop resilience and a sense of harmony. I combine scientific knowledge, empathy, and a humanistic approach, working collaboratively with clients to create a safe and supportive space for reflection and growth. I believe that if there is a “why,” the “how” will follow, and that personal happiness and love for others are at the heart of a meaningful life. Fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, I provide culturally sensitive guidance and support. My approach is holistic, integrating psychological, existential, and spiritual dimensions, empowering people to live authentically and with purpose.

Treatment Approaches
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
Existential analysisRecommended for those who are searching for deeper meaning in life or are struggling with big questions about existence, freedom, and purpose.
Humanistic psychologyRecommended for those looking for a therapy that emphasizes personal growth and self-fulfillment, focusing on becoming your best self in a positive, non-judgmental space.

I work with clients using Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, focusing on helping people find meaning and purpose in life, even in challenging circumstances. My approach is humanistic, empathetic, and individualized: I combine evidence-based psychological techniques with a deep respect for each person’s unique potential. I guide clients to explore their values, reflect on life choices, and identify personal goals that bring a sense of fulfillment. I believe that if there is a “why,” the “how” will follow, and that personal happiness and love for others are central to a meaningful life.
