Psychotherapist in training in Vienna. My work focuses on unconscious processes, early experiences, and recurring patterns, helping you gain insight, awareness, and emotional clarity.
I am a Vienna-based psychotherapist in training with a background in psychology from Webster University Vienna and current training at Sigmund Freud University Vienna. My work is rooted in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic thinking, with a focus on understanding the deeper layers of the mind and the influence of early experiences and relationships.
Originally from Russia and raised in Austria, I grew up between different cultures and environments. Having lived in several countries and experienced transitions and change firsthand, I bring a sensitivity to questions of identity, belonging, and inner stability. I work in English, German, and Russian.
Alongside my professional path, I value reflection, curiosity, and emotional depth. Personal experiences with loss, illness, and change have shaped my understanding of how complex and individual psychological processes can be. In my work, I aim to offer a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely attentive to each person’s inner world.
My approach is psychoanalytic and psychodynamic, focusing on the idea that many of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are shaped by unconscious processes and past experiences. Rather than working only on the surface, we explore the underlying patterns that may be influencing how you relate to yourself and others.
I tend to work in a reflective and attentive way, allowing space for thoughts and feelings to unfold while also helping you make connections between different aspects of your experience. This can include exploring recurring relationship patterns, inner conflicts, early experiences, and—where relevant—dreams or associations. The process is collaborative and guided by your pace.
I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to speak openly and think freely, even about things that may feel unclear or difficult to articulate. Over time, this deeper exploration can lead to greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and more freedom in how you experience yourself and your relationships.
