About me

I am a psychologist and counsellor providing individual counselling, couples therapy (marriage counselling) and mental health coaching in Vienna (1060 Wien) or online via Zoom. My approach is based on several models, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship problems; EMDR for psychological trauma; family therapy; stress management; performance coaching; and the neuroscience of mental health. I have been trained in these approaches in Austria and the UK and have years of experience working in a psychiatry-psychology clinic and in my counselling practice. I have an MSc in Psychology & Mental Health from King's College London, followed by a master's study at the University of Vienna (Institute of Clinical and Health Psychology). I am currently a PhD candidate in clinical psychology developing a project on an enhanced couples counselling approach.
