About me

I help people find steadier ground when life gets complex. Before opening my practice, I spent years in international corporate business and HR—and completed formal education in Business Administration and Human Resources Management. That combination gave me a systems-level view of how leadership culture, rapid change and interpersonal dynamics shape our inner world and our relationships. After moving to Austria, I completed rigorous, formally accredited clinical training in psychotherapy at Sigmund Freud University and the Integrative Gestalt Institute. This training included extensive supervised practice and work with diverse clients and settings. I continue to expand my toolkit through ongoing advanced trainings, regular supervision and on-the-job learning, so that what we do together is both current and practical. It is important for me to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental atmosphere. I work with individuals and couples across cultures and life stages—especially around anxiety and burnout, relationship strain, trauma and the after-effects of traumatic experiences, identity and career transitions, and the quieter sense that “something needs to change.”

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Gestalt therapyRecommended for those who want to focus on the present and take responsibility for their feelings and actions to promote personal growth.
My work is integrative with a strong Gestalt foundation: present-moment awareness, gentle experiments, and practical steps that turn insight into action. I tune the process to your individual needs and pace it so it feels safe, doable, and useful. No one-size-fits-all. We co-design the process and choose tools that suit you:

If between-session work feels heavy or stressful, we keep the work inside sessions and focus on in-session practice and integration. If imaginative/visualization exercises aren’t your style, we use concrete, evidence-informed options instead (behavioral experiments, brief skills practice, checklists, problem-solving, communication scripts). Prefer body-based regulation? We’ll lean on grounding, breath, and somatic awareness. Prefer structure? We’ll use CBT tools like thought records and clear step-by-step plans. The method serves you—not the other way around. Individualized & collaborative. We co-define goals, agree on pace, and review what helps, adjusting quickly. Whole-person focus. We track emotions, body cues, thoughts, and behavior in the room—then translate this into small, repeatable steps between sessions (only if useful for you). Evidence-informed tools. Where helpful, I draw on CBT elements (thought records, behavioral experiments), nervous-system regulation skills, and attachment-aware work. My ongoing trainings allow me to integrate new, well-supported methods without losing clarity or focus. Couples therapy. I’m trained in the Gottman Method and use research-based tools to strengthen friendship and intimacy, de-escalate conflict, and build shared meaning. Sessions are structured yet compassionate, with clear take-home practices when they’re helpful. Therapy can be short-term and focused (targeting a specific problem) or longer-term and exploratory (patterns, identity, old injuries). Either way, we work toward clearer choices, steadier self-support, and relationships that feel more aligned.
