My path to psychotherapy has been shaped by a combination of life experiences in different countries. Living across cultures exposed me to questions of meaning, identity, and belonging, which continue to influence how I understand the human experience and approach my therapeutic work.
I hold double Bachelor’s degrees in Business Psychology and Psychotherapy Science and am currently pursuing my psychoanalytic training at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna. Alongside this, I take part in seminars at the Bulgarian Psychoanalytic Society in Sofia.
I believe that real change begins with truly understanding what our inner world is made of. In psychoanalysis, you are invited to speak openly while I listen carefully. Together we explore recurring patterns, beliefs, and experiences, creating space for old pains to unfold into new meanings.
In psychoanalysis, symptoms are seen less as problems to be eliminated and more as the psyche’s expression of unspoken truths. This approach goes beyond short-term methods that address symptoms on the surface, aiming to uncover deeper connections and patterns and thus, opening the way for lasting change, more joy and clarity.
In our sessions, I strive to create a space where words can flow freely and without judgment. Together, we work to understand what drives you, what stands behind anxieties or why certain experiences tend to repeat.
My practice is guided by responsibility and integrity, supported by regular supervision, self-reflection, and ongoing further education.
