You are feeling lost, stuck or uninspired; have the feeling that nothing works. Then maybe it's a good time to start talking to someone about it. Being able to inspire others could come as a side effect.
My name is Oguzhan Sezer. I was trained in Istanbul and Vienna. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2019 and now I work in the 8th district. Since I started my psychology education in 2011, the questions of the personal and the social has been making me think and work. This had a very basic motivation, how much of our pain is created by our personal history and how much of it is because of the society we live in. I believe it can inspire someone to talk to a person about one's own life, to be able to realize the distinctions and the borders between the two.
I have a psychoanalytic-psychodynamic approach, in which the client and the therapist work together to discover the unconscious of the client. This discovery leads the client to live a more rich and colorful life. In this process, many different elements are used like the relationship between the client and the therapist, the reports of the client about their life and so. The work looks like two people talking to each other without any distractions, an open and genuine conversation is aimed at.
Internships and clinical work in different hospitals, psychotherapy centers, clinics.
I finished my psychotherapy training and got in the ministry list of psychotherapists in 2025. I am currently doing my Doctoral thesis in Sigmund Freud Private University where I got my Masters degree in Psychotherapy Science in 2024. Additionally I hold bachelor degrees in Psychotherapy Science, Psychology and Sociology
