Hi! I'm Raissa, a licensed psychotherapist since 2020, currently completing advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I specialize in supporting clients with ADHD, anxiety and phobias, depression, perfectionism, chronic procrastination, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
I also work with couples of all configurations (LGBTQIA+, ENM/polyamorous, multicultural, and more) to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, deepen intimacy, and navigate the complexities of shared life together.
