I am a compassionate educator and certified sex educator with a strong background in special needs education, emotional development, and inclusive communication. For over a decade, I’ve supported children (from 8 years old and up), teens, and families in navigating the complex world of growing up—whether that means understanding big emotions, building confidence, or facing tough questions around identity, relationships, or mental wellbeing.
In my counselling work, I offer a safe, supportive space where young people can speak freely, feel understood, and explore who they are without fear of judgment. I also work closely with parents—helping them better understand their child’s inner world, manage communication struggles, and find ways to support their child through different stages and challenges. My style is warm, open, and grounded in empathy. I believe in listening deeply, asking real questions, and helping families and individuals find clarity and connection in everyday life.
Whether you're a child needing support, a teen figuring things out, or a parent feeling unsure—I'm here to walk beside you with care, honesty, and the tools to move forward.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to be honest—so I focus on creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. Whether I’m working with a child, a teen, or a parent, I meet each person where they are, honoring their experiences and moving at a pace that feels right for them.
I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach, drawing from tools in emotional coaching, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed practice. I support clients in understanding their emotions, developing communication and coping skills, and building self-awareness and confidence. With children and teens, I often use creative and conversational techniques to make abstract ideas more accessible. With parents, I work to strengthen connection and understanding, helping them feel more equipped to support their child through various stages of development.
Above all, my goal is to create a space where clients—of any age—feel empowered, respected, and seen for who they are.
