Hi, my name is Roberta and I'm a trained clinical psychosexologist and psychodrama practitioner from Vilnius, Lithuania. In my line of work, I believe that everyone has their own way of relating to the world. I prefer to avoid concept of normality and rather approach challenges with a sense of curiosity and an open mind. Learning is a big part of my life, both professionally and personally. I think taking safe risks is a good way to expand our horizons, and I try to encourage my clients to do the same in our meetings.
As a psychologist, I truly believe that every person has a valuable perspective on their own life and a natural capacity for self-healing. In my view, therapy is not just a clinical process, but a meaningful journey that we embark on together. I see myself as a trusted fellow traveler, walking alongside you with warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to your well-being. By creating a safe and welcoming space, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and work together towards a more fulfilling life.
I understand that human sexuality is a complex and multifaceted process that is unique to each individual. The LGBTQ+ community holds a special place in my heart, and I am equipped to help explore sensitive issues surrounding gender identity. My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, topics such as sexual trauma, sexual difficulties, infidelity, divorce, infertility, gender questioning/transitioning, interpersonal relationships, coming out, and self-worth. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for clients to work through these issues and achieve their personal goals.
