About me

Hello! I'm Rusne, an experienced psychologist (6+ years). If you're struggling with sleep, stress or burnout, I've been where you are—I've battled with insomnia, anxiety and exhaustion myself. But after overcoming it and specialising in CBT-I, I'm here to help you do the same.

My goal is to:

  • lead my clients every step of the way towards restful sleep and relaxing days
  • create a personal sleep plan and offer individualised help
  • teach my clients skills and knowledge to manage their sleep (and feel confident) afterwards.

Even if you've struggled for years, trying every supplement and meditation there is, please know that sleep can be recovered within weeks (yes), using the right science-based techniques. Decades of research have already shown that CBT-I is a very effective sleep recovery technique (85% success rate). So I invite you to a 4-6 week journey to your restful sleep.
