About me

I love connecting with people, snow, nature, and books. I am dedicated and deeply interested in understanding each person individually, beyond uniform diagnoses. I am curious, open-minded, and enjoy learning-not just about psychology and psychotherapy, but about the world in general. I value conversation and negotiation, and I believe true dedication to a person cannot be faked-clients can sense it. Everyone deserves someone who sees "beyond the surface."

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CFT: Compassion-focused therapyRecommended for those who want to be kinder to themselves and reduce negative self-talk, often using mindfulness techniques.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), which helps clients identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns, emotions and behaviours that contribute to emotional distress. I work in a collaborative and structured manner, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs, rather than relying solely on standard diagnoses. I focus on helping clients manage anxiety, stress, overthinking, depression, anger, relationship challenges, conflict resolution and emotional regulation. Sessions are practical and solution-focused, combining reflection, insight and skill-building to empower clients to create healthier thought patterns, emotional resilience and helpfull behaviours. I value open communication, curiosity, and a warm, supportive environment. I believe in seeing each client as a unique person, and I aim to help them “look beyond the surface” to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful changes. Online sessions are offered in Serbian, supporting both local and diaspora clients.
