My path into psychology and coaching wasn't conventional, but rather a product of my life experiences. I intimately understand the struggles of battling mental health and well-being challenges, constantly feeling like l was dealt a bad set of cards. I struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, and the suffocating sense of being stuck, all while harbouring a deep belief in my untapped potential. It led to a period of hating life and seeking escape in various ways.
Rock bottom became my turning point, a moment of where I was forced to decide that things had to change. I embarked on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery, determined to rebuild a life I didn't despise. As I emerged from the depths of my own hardships, I let go of the shame of always going through something. Instead, I realised that these trials had birthed a desire to help others heal and transform their lives. I aimed to be the support I yearned for but didn't receive, channeling my pain into my purpose. When you work with me, you'll find a compassionate and non-judgmental guide, lead by knowledge and expertise, yet firmly dedicated to facilitating genuine change.
