About me
As a highly dedicated professional holding an MA in Clinical Psychology based in Poland, I conducted original research and authored my Master's thesis on the impact of Adult Attachment Styles on Romantic Relationship Quality. In connection with my expertise in attachment styles in romantic relationships, I also provide relationship and marriage counseling. Backed by long-term clinical internships and active practice, I bring 5+ years of experience within the psychological field. I integrate CBT principles into my sessions and provide specialized psychological support, including the MMPI for expat professionals. Fully integrated into my psychological practice, I am proficient in 28 diverse child and adolescent psychological assessment tools, enabling me to perform multidimensional analyses. In parallel to my psychological career, I have also worked as an educator in major international schools. In this role, I had the opportunity to observe and contribute to the emotional and psychological development of global expat families and early years children from all over the world.

Approach
Firstly i listen the clients complaints and after i focus on understand and analyze the problem for the client. I might use some tests if it is needed to analyze the problem correctly. After i inform the client as detailed as possible about our map that we will follow. When it comes to the colution part, my general approach based on CBT as far as it is suitable for the client and the problem, however, since the main priority is clients well-being, if we need to follow another approach then we will follow another way.
