I am a clinical psychologist with a decade of practical experience in the field of psychology. My approach is integrative and humanistic to meet each client's needs. My career bridges practice and scientific research. I began as a clinical psychologist, and later, I moved into academia, to earn a PhD in sociology and social psychology. I am interested in unresolved traumas and how to deal with them within the family in a migration context. My interest is also providing counseling on stress and work-related burnout in academia. More than half of master's and PhD and Postdoc students are experiencing mild to severe mental health issues due to the pressures of work and insecure positions.
I have a humanistic and integrative approach. The most important is an ethical approach toward clients. Do not harm and try to be more beneficial. I use a different approach in counseling sessions, therapies, and coaching. I am trained in CBT.
