I am a cognitive-behavioural therapist. I base my work on both cognitive and behavioural components. It means I focus on your inner world: thoughts, beliefs, biases, and the dialog between those; and actions you take.
Next, I strongly believe in the 3rd wave of cognitive therapy- I will encourage you to take what’s best from mindfulness and acceptance.
Having such a base, together we will set a detailed goal of therapy, taking particular account of your individual experience.
