In my work I follow one simple principle: any emotions and feelings are important, and must be expressed. When we don't express them, they remain with us, in our body by the form of a symptom, which makes it difficult to live a quality and happy life.
There are social restrictions or some inner deep convictions that don't allow us to express aggression, anger, irritation, grief, euphoria and sometimes even joy - but all this is important not just for our psychological health, but also for physical health.
Therefore, I have found that a collaborative use of different methods such as gestalt therapy and body therapy that helps create all possibilities to live your own best life.
