About me

I am a qualified, person-centred, humanistic counsellor and psychotherapist, offering both short- and long-term therapy. With over a decade of clinical experience, I bring a calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach to my work. I believe that each person is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, working at a pace that feels right for you. I adhere to the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and engage in regular professional supervision to ensure safe, reflective, and effective practice.

I hold a Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE) in Counselling from the University of Winchester, alongside a BA degree from Oxford Brookes University. My training and experience have equipped me to support clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, work-related challenges, and loss. I understand that seeking support can feel daunting, and I aim to provide a welcoming and supportive space where you feel heard and understood.

Counselling can be a deeply rewarding process, offering the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain greater self-awareness, and make meaningful changes in your life. I offer a confidential, supportive, and empathetic environment where we can work together to better understand your experiences and develop ways of coping that feel right for you.
