My approach is rooted in Gestalt therapy, which means we will focus on the "here and now"—exploring how you experience your emotions, your body, and your relationships in the present moment. I believe that many of our difficulties arise when we lose contact with our true needs or get stuck in old patterns. Together, we will work on restoring that awareness through dialogue and somatic (body-oriented) focus.
I integrate evidence-based methods like EMDR and Coherence therapy, allowing us to work not just with thoughts, but with the nervous system and deep emotional memories. You can expect a collaborative, respectful space where we can navigate anxiety, depression, or the complexities of life transitions together.
Please note: I work with depression and anxiety-related issues, but my practice is not suited for clinical diagnoses such as BPD, Bipolar Disorder, addictions, or eating disorders. I do not provide emergency crisis intervention.
Our sessions are a partnership. My role is not to "fix" you, but to provide a grounded presence and the tools you need to support yourself through life's joys and hardships at your own pace.
