I am a psychologist and trauma therapist supporting individuals and couples who want to understand themselves better, heal from the past, and create relationships based on trust and emotional safety. My approach integrates elements of Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused work. I believe that meaningful change happens when we can look at our experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, and when we learn to meet our needs in a new, more compassionate way.
In my work, I focus on the connection between emotions, the body, and early attachment experiences. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, difficulties in intimacy, or a feeling of being “stuck” in repeating patterns. Together, we explore the roots of these patterns and develop new ways of relating — to yourself, your partner, and the world around you.
I offer online sessions in Polish and English for individuals and couples. My role is to create a warm and grounded space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and gradually rediscover your strength, clarity, and capacity for closeness.
