Therapeutic relationship and belief in the individual's ability to change are considered the most important factors in therapy. My main concern, therefore, is to create a safe space where clients can share their personal story, experience all their emotions, recognize their relational patterns and graduallymove toward to better understanding, relief and change.
I understand diffent approches as diffrents paths to understand human experience. My therapeutic practice is based on the Systemic approach, enriched with findings from Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy and Neuropsychology.
Through a holistic approach, the individual and its needs are understood within the diffent contexts they belong (family, friends, society). We will take the time to revisit at our past, as well as revisit those first relationships with our caregivers-parents. And, at the same time, work on the present, through the stories that individuals bring about their everyday life, sharing their thoughts and feelings. Processing those stories, understanding and change start, always with respect the different rhythm of each person.
