About me

Hey there, I am Ana, a licensed psychologist from Spain, currently creating my life in Zurich.

I have been an explorer and a traveler all my life. Having lived in 10 different cities around Europe, including some in Belgium, UK and France… sparked my curiosity for different cultures and ways of living.

Also, being in a wheelchair at the age of 8… after a back surgery, and training to become Paralympic swimming at the age of 18, led me to believe in the possibilities of waking up and strengthening our core and unique personal power that lies within each one of us, even in the midst of hardship.

ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.

I am a firmly believer of being connected to what matters to each one of us, and making a life in this planet “that counts”… to us, as a source for our self confidence, inner compass and fuel for transiting the hardship of life.

So our sessions will be a space to support you in exploring and (re)connecting to what kind of person you want to become & what life you really want to be living.

We will also learn together how to open up... safely reconnect within yourself, and train your brain on how deal with the difficult thoughts and feelings in your mind more effectively, so you can keep your life connected towards what matters most to you -even in the midst of hardship or your everyday struggles.

You will be the leader, WE will be the TEAM.
