Born in India, I have trained and lived in Switzerland for several years. I am also a trained Enneagram practitioner, having used the system one-on-one and in group work for over a decade.
My career has given me the honour of inhabiting vastly different worlds across cultures and socioeconomic situations. So, I know in my bones that there are a million different ways of being human. And finally, I am a relatable therapist on her journey, too. I undergo regular supervision to minimise my blind spots in the work. I am continuously learning how to navigate with love and grace the inevitable challenges my one precious life throws up! You can learn more about me at www.yaminideen.com
Your "weird" thoughts and "strange" feelings are as welcome as the more socially acceptable parts that want to learn and grow.Working with compassionate presence and radical acceptance, I welcome all aspects of your experience. My therapeutic vision is integral – I consider the body and the mind, the individual and the collective, the political and the personal, the conscious and the unconscious.
Our sessions might involve open dialogue, dream work, active imagination, drawing, guided meditation, simple breathwork practices to regulate the nervous system, and kind chats with your younger parts.
