I strongly believe that you are the expert on your own life, and therefore, we engage in active collaboration throughout the entire process, moving away from a traditional 'expert-patient' model. While our sessions are gentle and supportive, they are also focused on growth. I will gently but firmly ask the difficult questions, in order to challenge unhelpful patterns and help you move past sticking points toward deeper self-insight.
I utilise a flexible and integrated therapeutic approach, carefully blending interventions to create a treatment plan that is completely client-tailored. I draw upon robust, evidence-based frameworks like CBT, ACT, and Schema Focused Therapy to understand underlying patterns and drive lasting change. While I am proficient in diagnostics and protocoled treatments, I have a strong preference for working outside the box. We will work together, exploring and experimenting with new perspectives.
