About me

Always curious, and thriving around people, I enjoy adventures and exploring life's boundaries and gray areas, searching for the things that modern life often leaves little room for. I try to always be in touch with nature, where silence and peace, and rich textures, sounds and wildlife abound. At the same time, I've always been attracted to art and human culture and science, and nomadic life got me craving too the stability and safety of home and routine.

Growing up in Argentina gave me a particular cultural perspective: much of the country's heritage is European, yet everyday life is deeply shaped by Latin American warmth and expressiveness. Combined with my experience living and working in Europe, this has broadened my understanding of how culture, work and urban life influence and shape mental health, and how people can build meaningful lives in diverse ways.

Argentina's economic reality has given me too the experience of dealing with difficult situations and finding creative ways around problems, allowing both ambition and professionalism, and self-care and enjoyment, to be present.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
ACT: Acceptance and commitment therapyRecommended for those who want to stop fighting negative thoughts and learn how to live with more acceptance and focus on what really matters in life.
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Person-centred approachRecommended for those looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can lead the conversation and explore their feelings at their own pace.

I listen curiously and without judgment, aiming to really understand what you need today — and, when it's not yet clear, I'm prepared to help you discover it, at your own pace. Every person is unique, and so is therapy: we balance long- and short-term goals in a collaborative, dynamic and personalized process.

I strive not only to help you suffer less, but also to guide you toward a life that feels freer, sweeter, and more meaningful. Much of my work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a contemporary CBT model, which helps you clarify what you really value, and take solid action in that direction, even when difficult experiences arise.

I see therapy as something that extends beyond our time together — a process that continues in your daily life, not just in the therapy room. Whenever possible, I like every session to leave you with something to practice — an exercise or a question to reflect on, or a recommended reading, video or guided meditation.

I value honesty, humility, clarity, and commitment to your process and your ideas — and, whenever possible, some sense of humor and enjoyment along the way.

Therapy is a place where all emotions are welcome—a place to grow and adapt, but also to cultivate and deepen a sense of safety, warmth, hope and appreciation for life's inherent beauty.

Experience

I've had my private practice since 2024 and worked with clients from different places of the world, with diverse problems and of different ages and backgrounds.

Still, most of my clients are young adults struggling with anxiety, relationship, self-esteem and communication issues, difficulties with time management and mantaining good habits, or feelings of emptiness and lack of meaning.
