Psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults: grief, relationships, identity, and the emotional patterns that shape our lives. Italian-Argentine psychologist, 14 years of experience. English, Spanish, Italian.
I am an Italian-Argentine psychologist with 14 years of experience, currently based between Europe and South America. I hold a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, and my intellectual background extends to the Humanities, particularly History and Literature, which informs how I think about people, context, and meaning. I work with adults in English, Spanish, and Italian.
My clinical work has always run alongside an academic life, teaching, researching, and presenting in Argentina, Germany, and Israel. I am a graduate member of the German Association of Psychologists (BDP, Graduiertes Mitglied) and licensed to practice in Argentina (MP 79810).
Living across different cultures and countries has shaped me as both a person and a clinician. I work with many clients who are themselves navigating life between places (expats, emigrants, people in transition) and I bring firsthand understanding of what that experience involves
My work is psychodynamic: we will explore the patterns, histories, and meanings that quietly shape how you feel and relate to others and to yourself. This kind of exploration tends to produce changes that go beyond symptom relief.
Sometimes what brings people to therapy is a specific difficulty; other times, it's the sense that the same painful situations, feelings, or dynamics keep returning, despite their best efforts. Understanding and working through those repetitions is often at the heart of the work. Sessions are conducted online, which allows me to work with clients across time zones and locations. I aim to offer a space that is rigorous and warm in equal measure.
2012–Present: Private Practice. I work with adults facing life crises, relationship difficulties, anxiety, grief, and the recurring patterns that bring people to psychodynamic therapy. Sessions are conducted online, in English, Spanish, and Italian.
2010–Present: Academic Work. Alongside my clinical practice, I have taught Anxiety Disorders and Research Methods at the university level, and conducted and presented research in Argentina, Germany, and Israel. I have published several peer-reviewed papers in psychology.
