Approach

Treatment Approaches
Clinical psychologyRecommended for those who need help with diagnosing and treating more complex mental health issues, often involving assessments and evidence-based treatments.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
The psychodynamic approach aims to improve our psychological wellbeing by uncovering unconscious roots of distress, fostering lasting change in personality traits, and reshaping emotional and behavioral patterns.

Having lived across various continents and cultures, I incorporate a strong awareness of diversity and context into my therapeutic practice. Since I operate between Europe and South America, sessions are conducted online, offering flexibility to clients regardless of location.
