Psychologist and Holistic Health Coach supporting adults in building emotional resilience, self-trust, and clarity through integrative, evidence-based therapy.
I’m Lea Ritter, MSc Psychologist and Certified Holistic Health Coach, offering integrative psychotherapy and coaching for adults who want to improve emotional wellbeing, strengthen self-worth, and create sustainable change. My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral frameworks, mindfulness-based interventions, self-compassion research, and positive psychology. I primarily support clients dealing with anxiety, emotional dysregulation, chronic self-criticism, low self-esteem, disordered eating patterns, and identity-related challenges.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented. I help clients understand their inner parts system — including protective patterns such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional avoidance, or overcontrol — while building Self-leadership, emotional safety, and psychological flexibility. Therapy is both reflective and practical: we explore underlying attachment patterns and core beliefs while also developing concrete skills for regulation, boundaries, and daily functioning.
With more than 15 years of international professional and cross-cultural experience across Europe, North America, and Latin America, I bring cultural sensitivity and adaptability into my clinical work. I offer online sessions in English, German, Spanish, and Italian, working with clients globally. My aim is to provide a structured, compassionate therapeutic space where lasting emotional growth and meaningful life changes can take place.
My therapeutic approach integrates depth psychology with practical skills for everyday life. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and work toward sustainable emotional regulation and personal growth.
I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive restructuring, mindfulness-based practices, and self-compassion approaches. Together we focus on building emotional awareness, reducing reactivity, strengthening internal stability, and developing healthier coping strategies for stress, relationships, and self-worth challenges.
Sessions are both insight-oriented and action-focused. You will gain tools for nervous system regulation, boundary setting, communication, and values-based decision making. I also integrate holistic elements such as lifestyle balance, mind-body awareness, and nutrition-informed wellbeing strategies when relevant.
My goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck toward greater clarity, emotional resilience, and self-leadership.
My work is shaped by years of experience across diverse cultures and professional sectors, blending evidence-based therapeutic methods with mindfulness, lifestyle coaching, and a strong foundation in cross-cultural understanding. As the founder of Transform and Glow, an online holistic health coaching practice based in Antigua, Guatemala, I support individuals in creating sustainable change through an integrative approach to mind-body health.
Beyond my clinical and coaching work, I have held impactful roles in project management and social impact, including serving as Development Officer at Antigua International School and as Donations Manager for Niños de Guatemala. Additionally, my work as an International UN Volunteer with the UNDP has enriched my perspective on systemic challenges, resilience, and the importance of systemic challenges, resilience, and the importance of community-centered solutions.
I hold a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, where I explored evidence-based therapeutic approaches and the deeper layers of human behavior. To complement this, I earned a Health Coaching Diploma from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York—equipping me to support not just mental well-being, but physical and emotional health as well.
My background also includes a Master’s in Project Management and International Cooperation from the University of Madrid, giving me a structured, goal-oriented lens to guide clients through change. And with my roots in Social Work, studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Münster, Germany, I bring a strong sense of cultural sensitivity and a systems-aware perspective to every session.
This unique blend of psychology, holistic health, and strategic planning allows me to offer integrative support tailored to the whole person—mind, body, and environment.
