Yes. GDPR was built in from the start, not bolted on. Your data is encrypted and stored in EU data centres, and video calls are never recorded or stored.

Yes. Booking replaces your calendar, secure messaging replaces WhatsApp, and built-in video replaces Zoom. Your whole practice runs in one place, instead of across three apps never built for therapy.

No. You can invite clients to It's Complicated in a couple of taps to message, meet and bill them securely. Prefer to keep some clients off the platform? Every tool is built to work with off-platform clients too, so you can use It's Complicated for your whole caseload either way.

Humans first, technology second. We don't build AI therapists or chatbots that mimic therapy. Any AI that touches clinical data is opt-in, never opt-out, and off by default, and we only work with systems designed so that data is never retained or used to train AI. Read our full approach to AI.
