I am a clinical psychologist trained in Paraguay and Germany, working in Spanish and English with adolescents and adults. Having lived abroad, I understand how migration can expand our world while also confronting us with loneliness, questions of identity and emotional demands that are not always easy to speak about.
I tend to work with people who have experienced relational or complex trauma, grief, shame, anxiety, burnout or life transitions. I often meet people who carry painful emotions silently, without having had a place to speak about them before.
My clinical experience has taught me how important it is to approach one's inner world slowly and honestly, and to have a space where what feels painful can be held until it becomes more understandable and open to change.
