I offer a reflective space where difficult experiences can be approached with genuine curiosity and care.
I am a clinical psychologist trained in Paraguay and Germany, working in Spanish and English with adolescents and adults. Having lived abroad, I understand how migration can expand our world while also confronting us with loneliness, questions of identity and emotional demands that are not always easy to speak about.
I tend to work with people who have experienced relational or complex trauma, grief, shame, anxiety, burnout or life transitions. I often meet people who carry painful emotions silently, without having had a place to speak about them before.
My clinical experience has taught me how important it is to approach one's inner world slowly and honestly, and to have a space where what feels painful can be held until it becomes more understandable and open to change.
My work is rooted in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic thinking. In this form of therapy, attention will be given to your internal life, to your relational history that shapes your present experience, and to the dynamics that may unfold within our therapeutic setting.
Our sessions offer a space to slow down and notice how you relate to yourself and to others. The therapeutic relationship often becomes a mirror through which experiences you may have carried quietly for years can become easier to recognize and understand.
Many people who engage in this type of work experience a gradual transformation in how they understand themselves and how they move within their relationships and their inner world. Over time, you may find yourself making decisions with more freedom, feeling less burdened by guilt and relating to yourself with a clearer sense of agency.
