In my therapeutic practice, I embrace a holistic perspective that integrates both top-down and bottom-up approaches to support individuals on their journey towards growth and self-discovery. Drawing from my training in Existential Analysis, I approach therapy as a dialogical and interpersonal process, recognizing the significance of existential themes such as meaning, freedom, and responsibility in shaping one's life. At the same time, I incorporate insights from various disciplines, including the polyvagal theory and somatic practices such as Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE). This blend of approaches allows me to address not only cognitive and emotional aspects but also the embodied experiences of my clients, understanding the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
I firmly believe that every individual is unique, with their own set of experiences, strengths, and challenges. As such, I work collaboratively with clients to develop customized plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. By fostering a participatory approach, I empower clients to take an active role in their healing journey, ensuring that their voices are heard and their choices respected.
