My approach to therapy is both structured and intuitive. As an Integrative psychotherapist, I combine different therapeutic methods to meet each client’s unique needs.
The therapeutic relationship is at the center of my work. I aim to create a space that feels genuine and safe, where you can speak freely without fear of judgment. The tone of my sessions is relaxed, allowing you to explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
I use a blend of mind and body methods. From the top down, I often integrate CBT, Psychoeducation, Solution Focused Strategies, and Practical Skills that help clients gain clarity and direction. These tools support awareness, problem solving, and emotional regulation in daily life. From the body up, I draw on EMDR, BWRT, Brainspotting, Hypnotherapy, and Grounding Techniques (whichever you feel comfortable with) to help process stored emotions and body held trauma that talking alone cannot reach.
Psychotherapy is about healing and helping clients rediscover their own strength, make sense of their story, and feel more at home in themselves. My goal is always to meet you with authenticity, presence, and care.
