About me

I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore experiences at your own pace.

I blend counselling methods to help you regulate emotions, gain clarity and build self-trust.

I work internationally and understand the unique experiences that come with living or working across cultures.

My work is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for individuality. Sessions with me is about discovery, insight and connection.

Outside of work, I’m drawn to nature and simplicity. I enjoy walks, green spaces, good food, and meaningful conversations.

Clients describe me as calm, intuitive and grounded, yet approachable and human.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Body therapyRecommended for those who want to connect their mind and body to release stress or trauma through physical sensations and movement.
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.

My approach to a session is both structured and intuitive. As an Integrative Counsellor, I combine different methods to meet each client’s unique needs.

The client relationship is at the center of my work. I aim to create a space that feels genuine and safe, where you can speak freely without fear of judgment. The tone of my sessions is relaxed, allowing you to explore experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

I use a blend of mind and body methods. From the top down, I often integrate Psychoeducation, Solution Focused Strategies, and Practical Skills that help clients gain clarity and direction. These tools support awareness, problem solving, and emotional regulation in daily life. From the body up, I draw on Grounding Techniques (whichever you feel comfortable with) to help regulate stored emotions and body held triggers that talking alone cannot reach.

Sessions are about growing and helping clients rediscover their own strength, make sense of their story, and feel more at home in themselves. My goal is always to meet you with authenticity, presence, and care.
