I hold space for deeply exploring, questioning and feeling. Choosing the right therapist can seem quite a daunting prospect, especially when life feels overwhelming. I, therefore hope to ease any concerns and spell any fears of what counselling really is.
I offer a safe, confidential space for counselling where individuals find their voice and can be heard and feel valued. Sometimes simply being heard can be sufficient to alleviate pain and difficult feelings.
Having your story and your feelings witnessed and validated is extraordinarily powerful and provides the catalyst for change. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
You may want counselling because you’re experiencing life in ways that are hard to describe. Feeling stuck, feeling numb, being in conflict with yourself and others, feeling unfulfilled. You may feel there is more to life but don’t know how to find it.

I will offer you insights and reflections, not options or solutions. I help individuals by supporting them to talk freely about their issues which they are struggling with. I then help them to step back and look again at their responses. This promotes insight and enables individuals to develop new creative ways of responding.
